Cathy Davies qualified at the London Foot Hospital in 1988. Initially working in private practice, she then studied for a degree in management which was awarded in 1993. Having gained two years of full time experience in NHS management, she has since worked both privately and for the NHS.

In 2002 Cathy trained in the use of radiosurgery and advanced local anaesthesia. In addition to running Kennington Chiropody Surgery, Cathy also works one day a week in charge of radiosurgery at Merton and Sutton Primary Care Trust (PCT). Cathy also trains other PCT employees in radiosurgery, travelling extensively around the UK to do so
